How to setup MIUIV5 Holo Theme apk for android

if you like the style of MIUI but color of Google's Holo, this theme is for you.This theme works for any 4.2 based ROM that uses the T-mobile theme chooser. (cm10.1, aokp, aospa, pacman etc...)
This Theme is only for Xhdpi and Hdpi at the moment.
