Unfortunately it frequently loses the hub connection, especially when away from home - this is unfortunate in a security system, which needs full reliability. It is also a great drain on the phone's battery. But over someone elses wifi/network worked then after the update that does not work either. Why dont they give us option to compress or not compress the video? I think thats where it does break. This app is pretty great, it may drain your battery if you don't use it wisely though. I haven't really had battery issues with this new phone I have though so it's pretty great. Used two door sensors and they both worked, but only one profile was displayed. Couldn't tell which unit was triggering an alarm. Update last night fixed that and now both profiles are displayed. BUT, now I can't connect over wifi!!! I have to turn off wifi and use data to access the hub. Pain in the butt. Since I installed this app, I have not been able to go through an entire day with my phone, where before, I would normally have at least 30% battery around 10PM. On remote connection, many times it is black screen but not all the time. Which is what I don't understand. 5 out of 10 times, I will get black screen on remote connectiom which is the most frustrating part. However even on black screen, I believe system is working. It is just that it does not display the live image. Also, on many occasions, it will say hub is not responding on remote connection but later will come back on. First was taken the ability to check my cameras remotely, then the ability to record. What's next? First, I can force stop the app through the settings menu on my phone (which is a pain to do eveytime).second I can open the app and switch my wifi off and on for it to reconnect.
