I saw a video today with some other poor mug opening his gitup2 with exactly the same within and that video was dated in the middle of November last year. WTF? This app doesn't work, it plays video with no audio, VLC plays audio but the picture is still. I want a refund of my money is spent on this awful camera. There! I am hoping either this software or another software comes to my camera. As it is this software is useless for many of the newer action camera users. This APP is can only be considered BTW APP (Bettre Than Nothing) and is just that BTW (maybe) for those that have a phone or tablet that the software actually works with. Always get error message saying "add device fail". Impossible to use the camera's wifi feature, which I paid extra money for. For these files to be trapped within the app is utterly useless as i am unable to cast this to a larger screen, or back it up to make sure it is accessible always. Everytime I attempt to connect I get an error message "Unsupported this device". Then it disables my wifi, until I exit the app, then my wifi turns back on after exiting. Not to mention the WEP on my camera is only 5 characters, but the app requires a minimum of 8 characters. Product spec says to use this app, but this app doesn't support the camera. But can't move the app to the sd card and can't change the local path either.
