The game itself is a little glitchy. It crashes during the intro and stalls on the first level. It would also be better if every letter in the word could be sounded out. Take "map" for instance. The m and a are sounded out, but the p is skipped and then the entire word is sounded out. It would be nice if these things were fixed. A co-worker introduced my 4 year old to these games and in seconds he was hooked. When I got home I installed it on my devices and he went to town. He's 4 and the app design and gameplay keeps his attention, and honestly his letter comprehension has improved significantly with the app. I can genuinely see the amount of time and effort that went into creating these apps, which justifies the price to me. Considering a talking Elmo book is $15, how could you complain about $30 for an app that will grow with him for a while?<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Thomas Undy:</span> Fun learning My children love the Innovator Inc. Apps - I have a 2 & 3 year old who would bite my arm off to play them on my phone, use them occasionally at home and when we're in a dentist /doctor waiting room. Both now know all the letter names, phonic sounds and they can do basic reading and spelling. It's set them up for school and they've loved every second of it!<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Jinwon Hensley:</span> I purchased this on the same day as I purchased Endless Reader. My 2 year old daughter doesn't like this as much as Reader. Unlike in Reader, words have to be spelled in order, and it's just too much for my daughter now. I still love this. One thing that I'm disappointed about, as other people mentioned as well, is that after completing the word puzzle, this robot only spells out, and quickly says the word and move on. For a phonic program like this, I think it's very important that the sound of the word should be stretched out, as well as indicating which letter is being sounded off.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Amanda macdonald:</span> Daughter loves it!
