The sound range is variable, and the lower frequencies CAN be heard by humans (as EXPECTED) but the higher frequencies can NOT, unless you have very sharp hearing. It's the silent frequencies that only dogs and cats can hear, and these are the ones they respond to. Not only does an ad with audio pop up in the middle of the audio sequence, it changed the orientation of my screen and it was not possible to exit out of the application until the entire thing was done.
