One app - all in one – all you needThe free BVG FahrInfo-Plus app is the combination of timetable information and ticket sales for Berlin and Brandenburg. Always have the best route information including real-time data from start to destination with the app. Choose what's important on your way: direct connection or stopover, wheelchair or bicycle. Transfer times and transport modes can be specified. Get departure times in real time of all stops and stations. And if you’ve lost your way the app will show your location on the map and show you the next stop/station. If required, with locations of our CarSharing partners. Set an alarm and you’ll be notified when your selected connection is at risk. For an overview of our network use our zoomable line network maps (also available offline) for more information.

The FahrInfo Plus app is your ticketing machine for Berlin and Brandenburg consisting of day tickets, single tickets, short-trip-tickets, 4-trip-tickets, extension tickets, small-group day tickets as well as special offers for tourists such as BerlinWelcomeCards, CityTourCards and tickets for bicycles. All for Berlin ABC.
Tips to save clicks and time
When logging in check to active the "Remember me" button. Do not buy your ticket in the metro station but buy before entering the station which will assure a stable internet connection when purchasing. To retrieve your ticket you don’t need an internet connection, provided you have not logged out. To obtain timetables, departure times or purchasing a ticket an active online connection is required.

Buying a ticket is especially the hardest thing to do. No PayPal support, long and hidden process for the ticket purchase, defining start location even for a bundle of 4 tickets which is ridiculous. The initial time I bought a ticket it took me about 20m to setup everything. UPDATE: I'm now not able to use direct credit.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Hosomi:</span> Crashing after latest update I updated the app today and it keeps crashing. I'm afraid to uninstall it because I have some unused tickets that I don't want to lose. Please fix it soon. It's very inconvenient. Cannot switch language to DE, am stuck with my phone's locale and the EN localization is comically poor. Overall the app seems cluttered and impractical. Frequent FCs. No autocomplete/predictions enabled in the input fields. You do not really recognize, that you should check your emails, the form just keeps displayed. The mail contains a link that isn't clickable, the page that opens asks you for a start / stop location for a trip (though it confirmed your mail in the background apparently). Setting up a payment method seems only possible by "almost" purchasing a ticket at the same time. Whitespace in Iban / BIC do not get trimmed.. Etc.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Nasia Nikolaou:</span> Updated version's only drawback Once you go offline you cannot see anymore the last itinerary shown in the app. Data are not saved, while in the old version it was not like that. You should make it possible to type in your age and not only scroll. It takes ages to scroll dozens of years (in my case) month by month.
