C'mon Bose this app is not a Bose quality product nor does it enhance any Bose product.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Stefan Ionesco:</span> Worthless. It can never find my devices.. don't buy the sound touch anything... u wont be able to ever use it. I have $500 of worthless sountouch equipment. You must turn on location and give it access if you want to use the app. It states that this isn't their fault and that they "don't like it either". They say it's required for Bluetooth operation. BS. Seriously. All kinds of devices use Bluetooth, but for some reason the app for this headset must have the capability of knowing where it is when connected to this app? Bulls**t. You'll find the app happily running in the background without you starting it. What is it doing? Whatever it wants. It's likely watching and listening, gathering information on you. What does it do with this information? Regardless, it is a huge Privacy Act and financial information vulnerability. Install a location spoofer, install the app, do what you need to do, and then uninstall it.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Onse Nguyen-Flai:</span> Little features. Spying on customers. The given opt out should be opt in. Also, they only cared implementing it after people felt betrayed by their behaviour. Stuck at downloading: "time remaining 00:00"<br /><br /><span style="color:red">:</span> Always show disconnect when opening the app, had to kill and restart it in order to connect the headphone. Pinging lost headphones would be great, also turning on/off your speaker like you find on other bluetooth speakers. Having some control over the treble and bass.
