Today I used it for the second time and I got a bill for travelling 20+ kms where the auto driver also knew that the distance of travel was not more than 10km. Pathetic support at the backend. If everytime the bill is 67rs or 68rs and I pay by cash, they never give the change back (I am a regular user) and if I pay by paytm wallet, they argue and demand cash. It's really frustrating to explain them every time. Please!!
