Now, on a general commentary on cell phones as steering wheels; it doesn't work. You CAN'T turn the wheel more than a full turn without either pressing on one of the side buttons by mistake or having the phone slip from your hands. Your mileage may vary, but I even tried to fashion a rudimentary steering wheel from hard paper, and then I couldn't use the shifter because the bloody screen is moving while turning, so I declare this whole affair interesting, but NOT feasible. Very easy set up too! 900 degrees might be too much because it's uncomfortable to turn the phone so much, but there's an option to change this :) The only cons I'd say are the slider size, I find it hard sometimes to tap on the 'handle', making them a little bit bigger would solve the problem. And another one is that sometimes the wheel goes nuts and does a full circle, but I'm not sure if it's just my phone.
