7 Weeks - Habit & Goal Tracker Details
All it takes is 7 Weeks!7 Weeks is the easiest way to develop a new habit or goal or break a bad habit. Based on Charles Duhigg's bestselling book, "The Power of Habit" and the X effect method of completing goals, 7 Weeks combines the two and creates an ultra simple strategy of completing one day of your habit/goal at a time.
Every day that you complete successfully, simply mark the day as complete! Each day you complete gets you one step closer to not just making or breaking a new habit or completing a goal, but it increases your motivation, willpower and discipline.
Scientists believe the sweet spot for developing a habit is right around 7 weeks, so once you have completed 49 days straight with little failure, you can be sure you'll have developed a positive habit, broken a bad habit or completed a goal.
With custom alarms, a beautiful material design interface, flexible weekly goals and multiple customization options for each habit, 7 Weeks is the best app to get you on track to making your habits and goals.
7 Weeks+ brings even more power to you!
For only the price of one cup of coffee, you get:
- Two fully functional home screen widgets
- A gorgeous material design interface with 15 stunning color themes and a light theme
- Multiple new customization options for each habit/goal
- Customizable notes for each day of your habits and goals
- Unlimited custom alarms for each habit with your own message
- Quick access to checking off habits from the main list

Jamal Phoenix: Great app Wow amazing app. I was wondering if you could add a checklist feature inside each habit. Maybe my habit has more than one task in one habit. Love the app the + version is awesome.

Kate Dale: Counter-intuitive It makes no sense to me to have successful days marked by a RED X! I don't know about you, but in my school days that clearly signified a fail. Uninstalled.

Darrell Rumph: I like it! It's very simple no hassle and does motivate me to stay on course. The paid version is much better than the free version in my opinion. Great job developer!

Abdullah Alansari: Can't go wrong with simple A great simple, easy-to-use app. Does what it's designed for, without much hassle. It's always a relief to see developers who understand that in addition to the big investments full-featured apps require, they are almost always harder to use.

Kristin Rempel: My new favorite app I love this app! It helps keep me on track but is simple and easy to use. No extra stuff just what you need. A bought the plus version and it just makes the basic app even better!

Heidi Peel: So close to 5! If only we had the option to back our accounts up, or add a new habit that starts in the past. When we get a new phone or have to reinstall the app we lose all our habits and progress. Otherwise... KEEP IT UP! I love this app.

Cat Milton: Faultless Using this on Galaxy Note 4 to keep track of a Fasting & Training schedule. Upgraded to Pro. Effortless to use & keep track! Must go see if there's option to export data ;-)

Debby Elliott: Wonderful app This app has done amazing things with my perfectionist attitude. I used to make long impossible to complete lists that I couldn't finish. Everyday I felt like a failure. Now I list only a couple of things and I can finish my days finally. From time to time i add a couple new things and I'm able to finish those lists too. I feel free from failing everyday. Thank you so much for creating this app!

Syafiq Segaf: No synchronization between gadgets Can't sync because there's no account feature whatsoever, no export/import features and so on. And now it's just randomly stopped responding! Thank God I don't use the reminder feature. Still annoying though.

Hamman: I like it, having tried other apps such as Habit Bull, Fabulous Me, etc. The interface and workflow is much more focused, and doesn't overwhelm. But one thing that almost all habit trackers are missing is a web app to complement. I hope 7 Weeks can be among the first, since I've invested into it and bought the premium version.

Czarandom: Doesn't remind me to track Therefore making the whole thing pointless. If I were able to develop new habits without reminders, I wouldn't need this app, now would I? Downloading habit bull

Aditya Suryadana Hartojo: I love the app. Really keeps me motivated, especially on those days you see you missed - keeps you going. But I have an issue with the widget. The arrow buttons dont seem to work, and why am I limited to only 2x2 size, or a 2x3 size? Its really bugging me. Could you fix this? thanks

Nirav Shah: Good Just started using it.. Want to tell developers that date format screen is quite hard for non technical person, instead of dd/mm/yyyy you can show example date I.e. 12/12/2011

Soumya Kushwaha: Helpful A good way to develop or leave a habit.. Only for those who want to make things better in their lives. Its a good medium to bring about a change in oneself. Thank you makers.

Don Wood: Being colorblind, it was too hard for me to read the text. Was about to message the developer then thought "Maybe I should RTFM". There it was, all kinds of visual customization. And it does help guilt you into staying on track.

Todd Rinker: Great but lost ALL of my progress Love the app, it's super helpful. However, I just upgraded my phone, and I lost months of progress. Not the end of the world, but I was super disappointed that there wasn't a way to save all that.

Joe Bell: Worked great for a while although could use a few extra features such as being able to archive old habits. Had to uninstall recently as it kept crashing while running in the background which got really annoying.

Soo Koh: Useful and intuitive Perfect app, easy to use. One suggestion: I know the app is called 7 weeks, but it'd be better if I can custom how long I want to work on each habit!

Albert Gyorfi: Great app! It has a simple yet nice looking user-friendly interface which works great. I would definitely recommend this program!

Jens V.: Nicely done! I really like the app and the widget to it, was worth buying. Just a minor annoyance is that it still reminds me to check off even if I did that already, so I'm getting pointless notifications. Everything else is done really good.

Aleindra Mieramadhian: Awesome apps 10/10 Worth my money but i wish it has a pc and web version so i can sync my habit across all my platforms. This app would be very perfect if u guys can build a windows and web version

frost shiro: Awesome apps Really useful to stop my bad habits. Thanks a lot Developers, Greatly appreciated it.

Amy Barker: Wonderful app. I love this app. Its the best way to create healthy habits. Its simple and easy to use. I also love that you can change the color of the lay out. Very nice.

Naif AlOtaibi: Good app It is a good app but the devoloper has not updated the app for a long time ... I started using it from the beginning of 2016 and i updated to pro but by time and by updating the andriod system and by adding more weeks , the app starts to lag... however I start using another app

: It has good structure and idea however I paid to upgrade. It upgraded. Then today it's asking me to upgrade again so don't understand what is going on

Kunal Bajaj: Great concept But I also think if that thing is front of you everyday.. you feel like doing it.. like if you look it in a positive way (Doing pushups) this is the best.. but if your target is not smoking or not doing anything this isn't adviced.. Maybe the developers take this is an innovative way and think for a solution? :)

Allyson Chew: Great app and fast customer service I had a problem getting the app to update when I bought pro. The customer service team responded to me within 2 hours of me posting my problem and helped me fix it within half a day. I'm now enjoying the app the fullest extent. Thanks so much! (Previous comment) Hey. I bought the upgrade a couple of days ago so I could access to widgets, but this isn't reflected in the app. You keep asking me to upgrade again. Why is this happening? And can you please fix this?

Maga: Its the only habit tracker/habit motivation app that allows you to name and make your own personal habit. Like for me I wanted me to upgrade my clash of clans bulidings every morning, but other apps wont let me name my habbit and make my own. So 5 stars.

Jason Sendros: Hey there! I paid for the full version and even still I have this generic "did you complete your goals today?" reminder. I don't want this notification. I could turn off all notifications for the app but that kills the goal specific reminders. I also can't check the current day from the main screen even though I paid for full. Re: "You could just dismiss it." I don't want noisy notifications that don't add to my utility. This is a notification I don't ever want to interrupt me. Re: "You mean the widgets?" No, I mean when I open the app, the landing Activity that hosts the list of habits I'm tracking. In the upgrade path, it shows that you can mark the habit as completed for the day from the landing Activity. I'm unable to do that, though, even after upgrading.

Matt Santana: Love it! Great app! But please, fix the "app stopped responding" issue. A box with that message pops up suddenly, and very often, even when I'm not using the app.

Samantha Schindler: Great but... Needs a sync option. Had to swap phones until a new battery comes n I've lost all my goals etc

Ruby Tolmer: Upgraded Upgraded to 7weeks + and it didn't download, doesn't show up in my apps list and asks me to purchase it, even though I already have, when entering 7weeks, but lo and behold... I HAVE been charge for the purchase. Well how about that. Rip off

Brandon DeBenedetta: Very nice I love the notifications that remind and encourage you to continue. Very helpful. The visual design (textures) could use some improvement, but overall great app.

Zjaan Meyer: Looks like a great concept Looks like a great app, but whenever I select a notification or reminder the app opens the standard version and not the plus version. Can this be fixed?

Jack Neal: Great job! This is an outstanding app for keeping track of goals and habits. Great interface, and a decent price for more good features. Nice work!

Ingrid Nkenlifack: Great I ordered the premium and i think for the price of .99 cents, its WAY more valuable and efficient than the other, costly apps. Glad i invested in this worthwhile product. Only request would be for reminders to have customizable ringtones/noises

Stella Smith: I like the app,i am hoping you can add the ability to skip days, add an end date for habits and also let choose daily/weekly/monthly goals. Thanks

Shmuel Granovetter: Small issue 1. After I set the habit for once a week, I still see all the days available to be checked. I was expecting to only see the one day a week I set. 2. Is there a way to connect the alarm to the actual habit, rather than having to make separate alarms?

Rebekah Peterson: Simple, yet effective Helps to keep track of goals and make changes. Great design without bugs. No ads either! Love it!

Graham Brown: This is helpful to form new habits. However there are bugs. I've noticed that the widget doesn't update until you click on it. It didn't display this issue when I first installed the app, and so must have been introduced by an update.
